Thousands of YouTube videos, and blogs has started reacting about the terminating of Stampylonghead. In Twitter, the hashtag #SaveStampy started trending worldwide.

Youtube recovered his channel after determining that there was no reason for blocking the channel. On December 2013, Garrett reached 900,000 subscribers. Again on January 2014 approximately January 8, Garrett has received 1,000,000 subscribers. Garrett was interviewed by the BBC because of having more hits than One Direction and Justin Bieber. Some called him as the greatest internet phenomenon of the United Kingdom. In March 2014, he reached 2.1 million subscribers. In October 2014, Stampylonghead surpassed 3.8 million suscriberss. Stampylonghead has a nemesis called Hit the Target in his Lovely World who is not often shown but still there. (Although untold to his audience, Hit the Target is actually Stampylonghead's friend because Stampylonghead has the ability to choose who is allowed into his world. Since Hit the Target sometimes plays inside of his world, Stampylonghead must have allowed him in.) Hit The Target is known for stealing his dogs and his cat Mittens in Stampylonghead's Lovely World episodes.

Stampylonghead was originally a little inappropriate at first but as soon as he discovered that he was getting a larger audience of younger children, he immediately stopped all inappropriate language and actions.
