No adds, no frills, just a work out If you're horribly out of shape like me and you enjoy a very simple no frills, no adds app, this is a good choice. Very simple instructions, challenging steps per session. At the end of each exercise it gives you the option of slowing down, speeding up, or keeping the normal progression of the next exercise. I've been using this app, the sit up and squats app from the same makers for two weeks straight and it has not disappointed me.

Simple and effective No fancy but pointless features, just gets straight down to business. Very effective training program. I've completed it. Now I guess I'll reset it with a new challenge and start again.

Good App but...... great app for pushing quicker recovery. Doesn't do too well as a 125 push ups straight app. Overall it's a very exceptional app Pretty good

Program is too tough I've seen an improvement in my push ups over the past two weeks, But the schedule is too difficult. It became apparent that this is basically on a 30 day schedule which is unreasonable. I could do 35 push-ups and I chose 125 cuz why not grow the furthest. I'm two weeks in and its expecting too much. My advice to the developer is to make a reasonable schedule. Use percentage increases each day of 10% more today than yesterday. To the downloader, start lower and build. If you can do 30, do a 50 schedule first

Good but misleading I went through the whole program and was doing a total of 292 per workout, it was a good workout but with so many sets of fewer reps when I finished the program I was only able to do 70. Needs to be fewer sets and more reps.

Awesome Love it like how it works on how workout should be. I had shoulder surgery and I could not see myself doing even one push up. Now I am, up to 60 with brakes I am looking forward till I can get to 50 straight.

Push Ups App A nice simple app that I have been using for a little bit. The only thing I just found out is that if you stop doing your workouts for a few days for example, it won't reduce the number you have to do. I have pain in one wrist so I had to stop and trying to do all 74 push ups is pretty hard if you haven't been on it. So it needs a way to change this a bit to help you get back on a routine. Also if you get tired and only get through half a workout, there's no way to save that so you can continue later. So use it carefully an don't overdo it trying to keep up with it if you stop for a bit. The best part is that it works offline.
