Been down for almost 6 months now and it's upsetting to see an app with so much potential to fall to this point it's becomming ridiculous now Works perfectly

This has been going on for at least 6 months now, I'm trying to be patient but it seems a bit silly that it's taken so long to alter something they already had. I'm starting to feel like we are being lied to and dragged along in order to gain our data. If the marketplace ever does come back I'll change my star rating because otherwise it's simple and fun. Not really worth the time and risk of sharing our info for no reward though 5 star

The wait for the marketplace is so long! I'm trying to be really persistent but I keep receiving some sort of connection error message. I think that there should surely be a bonus for all of the people that kept answering questions throughout the wait. Good luck! Surprisingly

I still have faith. You have been updating the app this whole time to prove you have been working on it. Things have been changing and I hope you sort out your marketplace problems soon. Over the past 6 months i've not missed a single question and have answered truthfully. I am eager to see the marketplace reopen and my investment of trust to be rewarded. Perfect!

I'm very positive about start ups as I was a freelance artist, so understand there can be hiccups and delays. I even sent a support message when Pete was besieged by negative emails. But really even I'm starting to get a little fed up of answering questions daily and racking up points, to no marketplace week after week. I suspect there's some internal company maladies and mismanagement going on as surely they'd by now be able to get support of businesses to provide vouchers? It's nicely designed and fun, and I answer questions honestly, but some questions should have a N/A answer. I'll stick at it and see what happens as I've built up nearly 4000 points but it's becoming a bit disheartening even for me and I persist with things. I think there's a lot of disappointed people and to that end some sort of loyalty bonus should be applied if they get the marketplace on track. Awesome

Just about to update the app, I need to see if it works OK. See if they are more questions than I've been getting lately and if the M/P is up and running and I make a successful redemption and they are more answer options (rather than just yea or nae). If all's well I'll bump up my rating. Otherwise the apps fine. Mmmm, updated the app, got some questions for a day or 2, then nothing not even a marketplace update video this week. I honestly though I'd be amending my rating upwards but I'll leave it as it is for the moment. I am patient but I starting to feel that this might be just another fake app. Works great

I really like this app but I am changing my phone and I'm worried about losing all my points. Omg

Previously rated 4 stars but now 5 because although the marketplace is taking a while, I have been able to collect over 4500 credits which is all thanks to the marketplace taking long so I had time to save my credits! For this reason I don't mind the marketplace taking a while. Also new features have been introduced which make the app much better. Awesome

Used to love this app. Non intrusive surveys and gift vouchers that worked! BUT IT'S BEEN MONTHS WITHOUT THE MARKETPLACE! + It just doesn't seem right that you are still earning money from us but you can't afford decent developers to get THE FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE APP working again. This has cost you a lot of customers and lots of bad reviews but clearly you don't care. Works great

This app used to be great and now trying to answer questions my points aren't going on and still after all this time and an 'update' there still no vouchers in the marketplace. Please fix this bug!! Muito bom!

People need to chill yes it has been a ling period yet they're making significant changes to the market to benefit us creating and improving an app isn't and simple as it seems it's very complex work and people that use this app which are constantly complaining lack patience just chill. Brilliant

Had over 2500 points, had to reset phone email etc still there reinstalled app thinking points was saved via email but nope back to 0 points. Omg

New update seems to work really smooth on my galaxy note 8, have no problems with the gmail boost that seems to work perfecly too. As a dedicated user of people.io i would say this update was needed and the video updates each week give you some much needed insight as to when the new marketplace will be up and running and i will look forward to that, Must be frustrating for the developers to keep giving dates and then having to change them in hope that users wont be to angry about it but i for one do understand that you are trying your best so i can only be thankful for that and hope everything comes together your end soon. Thanks for the update. Not bad

It's a decent app when it's working properly but marketplace has been Down for months. It can have 5 stars when it's working again. love it
