Darbi Mobile ofrece un "Sistema de transporte inteligente en la palma de su mano". La aplicación requiere al menos una red 3G o acceso a Wi-Fi. Para muchas de las funciones del sistema, también se requiere acceso a información de ubicación GPS en el teléfono inteligente.

La aplicación Darbi proporciona a los usuarios datos en directo sobre las condiciones del tráfico, los incidentes de tráfico y las obras viales en Abu Dhabi.
