An accessible, easy way to learn about and begin practicing mindfulness, or a great way to keep a current practice on track! It was designed for teenagers, but it is completely usable by any age and, though simple, never condescending. I love that it tracks your mental and physical health; I'd love to see updates that log your emotional check-ins, too. As it is, it is great at picking out guided meditations based on your current mood; I love to start with one of these and then do a longer silent meditation using the timer feature. The progress stickers are surprisingly addicting, too, and encourage you to make it a habit. AND the whole thing is sleek, beautiful, and well-designed. Truly excellent. Works great
Was excellent Why on earth did someone come up with the idea of having to sign into it? It would not aces my BBC sign in and basically had to set it up from scratch again. Would give it five stars for content. Worth a go!
Mostly great Unfortunately, as play progressed, controls started to act up, until about 8/10 of the way through, some mini games became unplayable. Toward the last half of the bonus game, even worse. Almost got 4 stars. That is one of the most irritating problems to me Good
Memory From easy to most difficult there is a game for everyone. Cute objects--i love the penguins and would like to see animal photos as well as cartoon animals of all kinds. Toys, flowers, cars, gems, furniture....all are great subjects for this game. Here's to more variety! While becoming a cancer survivor I developed "chemo brain" from the toxic drugs given in chemotherapy. A part of that is short term memory loss. This is the easiest, most challenging, most fun way to work my brain! It's great!! Great job
