El juego representa los 7 días (de un jugador) con un ángel, diablo y segador. La historia comenzó con una escena en la que usted se encontró en la cama en el hospital cuando abrió sus ojos, que había estado involucrado en un accidente de coche. De repente, tres hombres extraños aparecieron en frente de usted, el ángel con el brillo de las alas; el demonio con alas de negro profundo que estaba sonriendo; el segador con una guadaña en la mano cuyos ojos estaban fríos. Se le preguntó por su alma, ya que tenía sólo unos pocos días de vida.
