5 minute Plank a great start! I've been planking since December 2015 after my doctor found higher than normal levels of cholesterol in my blood in November at my annual checkup. Immediately he suggested to put me on a stattin which I vehemently objected to countering that I will do something about it and check back in May. In February I had my cholesterol and blood sugar tested and it came out normal. 5 minute Plank has helped me to renew my thoughts about exercise which I have little time for. I like 5 minute Plank best. Surprisingly

Awesome app. You can feel the burning. Awesome app. Only thing I don't like is you can't pick the order in which you want to do the exercise other then that love the app. Superb!

Some suggestions I have some suggestions for the workout counter. I love it, but the planks I do, per my PT instructor, are altered so I do it on my knees. It'd be really nice to see workout instructions for people who have modified workouts :) Amazing!

Awesome Did a couple months of planking before this five minute planks. I've done 2 hours at 5 minute increments and love it.I use this as a warm up to every workout.Look forward to the 10 minute plank in near future. Cool

Pretty good plank app. I like using the app. What would make it better for me is if you would add a 5-second count down beep for the last five seconds before the next exercise begins. Brilliant

Good Core Work Trainer I normally had to do planks during fitness drills but was pleased to see a couple of different ones. The app is well thought out maybe a 10 second break between exercises would be better. Overall happy with this. Perfect!

KISS KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID...that's exactly what this app does. Great lil ab workout that lets you really feel the burn in your core. Just wow

Great app.. And here are some suggestions for improvement Great app.. And here are some suggestions for improvement: 1- change the demonstration picture of the man in sports clothing with an anatomic muscular body highlighting the trained muscle in red, so the trainer knows what muscles are engaged and trained. 2- make another "5-minutes" great new app for the power ball training.. Which is a gyroscopic device used for training hands, wrest, arm, shoulder through high speed rotation.

I love it But just 7 day passed I don't it's will work or not waiting for the result after 30 days

Good Needs a calendar so you can keep track and mark what days you worked out. It would make it way more cooler Flawless

Strong core, strong body I like this app because it makes you use your mind in motivation and positive self talk on not giving up. Because planning for 5 minutes is insane! If you can do 7-8 different planks in 5 minutes without dropping your knees! You are a straight beast! #Iamabeast

Wait. I May Not Have 1 Hour To Workout But I Do Have 5 Minutes :-D There is no way i can say i don't have 5 minutes to exercise, haha. Sure I can say I haven't exercised for awhile because I don't have that 1 hour it will take to go to the gym but this app ironically proves that i do have 12 rounds of 5 minute blocks of time available to me, hmm, don't figure, haha and now because of this app, no more excuses! :-D

Hardest game I've played I haven't been able to get passed level three yet. Hoping to eventually plough through it

Good app but one wish Good basic plank exercise program. Just wish they had the choice of a couple different routines. There are so many variations on plank exercises it would be great to be able to mix up routines to keep the core muscles guessing.
